These are the terms for using Remodel My Room — the app that turns a photo of your room into AI-generated redesigns, style transfers, cleanups, and edits. By using the app, you agree to them.
By downloading, installing, or using Remodel My Room (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
Remodel My Room lets you upload a photo of a room and generates an AI redesign, style transfer, cleanup, or targeted edit based on it. A limited number of generations are available for free; unlimited use requires an active subscription. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the App. If you're a minor where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf and supervise your use of the App.
The App offers the following auto-renewing subscription plans (exact price shown at checkout may vary by region and currency):

How billing works: payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. If a free trial is offered, your card is charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it does.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the plan's price. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings — or via Settings → Manage Subscription in the App, which takes you there directly.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies — we don't process payments or refunds directly.
You keep ownership of every photo you upload. By submitting a photo, you give us a limited license to process it solely to generate the design you requested — nothing more.
You're responsible for what you upload. By uploading a photo, you confirm you have the right to do so — for example, it's a photo of your own space, or you have permission from whoever's space it is — and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or contain unlawful content.
Designs, style transfers, cleanups, and edits produced by the App are AI-generated approximations meant for inspiration — they are not professional interior design, architectural, structural, electrical, or contracting advice. Before making any real-world renovation, structural, or safety-related change to your space, consult a licensed professional. We don't guarantee that a generated design is accurate, achievable, or safe to build.
When using the App, you agree not to:
The App itself — its design, code, branding, and underlying technology — belongs to us. You're free to use the images the App generates for you personally, including sharing or saving them, subject to the rest of these Terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated designs will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any decisions made or actions taken based on a generated design. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You can stop using the App anytime by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms. Ending your use of the App doesn't cancel an active subscription — that's managed separately through the App Store or Google Play.
These Terms are governed by the law applicable to your use of the App and to our operation of it, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If a dispute arises, we ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly.
If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
